Did I think that The Miz was incredible in the spot-fest that he put on with Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 35, as he plunged into nothingness from many feel high? Of course, I did!
But much like Kevin Owens, I really think that The Miz is really in his element when he's on the microphone cutting promos with a man who has the ability to keep up with him. The lead up to the John Cena-Nikki Bella vs. The Miz and Maryse WrestleMania match comes to mind, where there were some rather fiery segments.
So what if WWE were to book a second edition of the match, this time with the roles reversed? This time, The Miz would go into the match as the good guy, whereas the Doctor of Thuganomics, now recently single, would be the vicious heel.
You cannot tell me that you don't want to see this!
