WWE Fatal-4 Way was a unique pay-per-view that happened in 2010. The theme of the event was to have every main championship defended in a Fatal 4-Way match.

Every Fatal 4-way match that took place resulted in a title change. Alicia Fox won the WWE Divas Championship for the very first time in her career. Rey Mysterio captured the World Heavyweight Championship for the second time, while Sheamus became a two-time WWE Champion as well. There were 10,000 fans in attendance, but the show suffered a low buy rate of 143,000.

Both the WWE and World Heavyweight Championship match finishes were quite questionable because their results involved outside interferences. Kane had his sights on CM Punk during the World Heavyweight Championship Match, while The Nexus cost John Cena his WWE Championship.

Besides the championship finishes, it was also a night where Evan Bourne shocked the fans by defeating Chris Jericho. The event saw The Usos and Tamina have their first pay-per-view match in the WWE.

Although this was only Fatal-4 Way pay-per-view for WWE, NXT would eventually have a similar event in one of their TakeOvers, dated back to September 11, 2014.
