Kane has made 174 PPV appearances for WWE

Even though Kane is currently not the monster we knew 19 years ago, he is still one of WWE's most trusted employees.

The Knox County mayor holds the record for most Pay Per View appearances for WWE with a whopping 174. However, the Big Red Machine's record is under a direct threat from his kayfabe brother - The Undertaker. The Undertaker is narrowly trailing behind Kane with a total number of 170 appearances. Since the Deadman is getting back in the ring and making sporadic PPV appearances, it might only be a matter of months before Taker overtakes Kane.

Triple H and John Cena are also trailing the brothers of destruction with 168 and 160 appearances respectively. Even though he is lagging behind Kane by an amount of 23 appearances, Randy Orton is still a full-time worker and has a great chance of topping the list - from out of nowhere.
