All Elite Wrestling is a brand new wrestling promotion, with some very strong backing.
The brainchild of the Elite, the new promotion is being spearheaded by the likes of Cody Rhodes and the Young Bucks.
Of course, setting up a new promotion takes money and talent, and whilst the Elite certainly have the talent, the financial backing of the new venture comes from TruMedia owner, Tony Khan.
It is the same Tony Khan, that former WWE star and current IWGP Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho thanked on Instagram for getting him tickets to see the Minnesota Vikings, leading to speculation that Y2J may be on board for AEW.
If so, Jericho would definitely bring in fans, both those from WWE and outside of the company, with Jerichi proving he is just as good in 2018, as he was years ago.
