#1 Championship rematch for the Rumble

We all know that the former NXT Champion is owed a rematch, and according to the Observer, will be getting just that at the Royal Rumble pay per view.
Though this may suggest neither man will be in the 30-Man, Men's Rumble Match, we have seen plenty of Superstars in the past perform double duty at the iconic January pay per view.
