#3. WWE RAW Superstar Humberto Carrillo
Humberto Carrillo is definitely in the running for most stop-stars in his main roster career so far, with it seemingly being around once a month that he gets a little mini-push before disappearing again, or worse, joining the 24/7 title crowd.
To give WWE some credit, Carrillo was involved in a fairly prominent feud against United States Champion Sheamus and even recorded two non-title pinfall victories over the Irishman. But when Sheamus was injured, Carrillo very quickly started fading into the background.
They've now announced that Carrillo will finally get the United States title shot that he deserves on next week's RAW as Sheamus is finally returning from injury, but given that Carrillo has been featured so poorly between then and now it seems almost a given that he isn't going to win the title.
But there's a chance that WWE decided to just pay off the feud like nothing has happened and if they do that, there's a chance that Carrillo will become United States Champion, which would then mean that he has to feature on RAW more by default. I hope that happens.
