#3 Big E surprisingly isn't on Team Smackdown for Survivor Series

WWE tragically split up The New Day last month as part of the draft. Big E remained on SmackDown, while Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods moved to RAW. Many fans expected Big E to be the biggest benefactor of this trade, but that has not proven to be the case thus far. In the last month or so, Big E has become an afterthought, which is part of the reason why he won't be competing at Survivor Series.

He has been on TV much. He last competed in The New Day's farewell match against Sheamus, Cesaro, and Shinsuke Nakamura. Recent reports claim that WWE had no plans for Big E on SmackDown.

Big E had a decent singles run on SmackDown, but his push has cooled down a bit after the draft in October. The former Intercontinental Champion should have been a member of Team SmackDown for Survivor Series, but he hasn't even competed in a qualifying match yet. One spot is still up for grabs, and it should go to Big E, who has expressed his loyalty to the blue brand countless times in the past. SmackDown would benefit from having someone like Big E on their team at Survivor Series.
