#4 The Undertaker attacked WWE rival Paul Bearer in his home
The 1998 King of the Ring pay-per-view is among the most memorable events in WWE history.
While the show was built around the King of the Ring tournament, which Ken Shamrock won by defeating The Rock in the final, it also featured The Undertaker vs. Mankind (Hell in a Cell) and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin vs. Kane (First Blood match for the WWE Championship).
At the time, Paul Bearer managed Kane but he was also involved in a WWE feud with The Undertaker.
Six days before King of the Ring, Bearer took part in a satellite interview with WWE commentator Jim Ross when the lights started flickering in his home.
“Where was I? Undertaker, I don’t care what you do, I’m gonna be there this Sunday for my son’s finest hour…”
The Undertaker then suddenly appeared and repeatedly punched his storyline father in the face before throwing him across the room.
Unable to defend himself, Bearer narrowly avoided being hit with a cabinet that his rival pushed away from the wall and onto the floor.
The entertaining segment ended with WWE's TV signal cutting out after The Undertaker continued to assault Bearer in his own home.
