Kevin Owens can use a heel turn
Kevin Owens is currently involved in a feud with Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown, and they delivered two good matches last month. Both Superstars are now set to lock horns at WWE Royal Rumble with Reigns’ Universal Championship on the line. It is highly unlikely that The Tribal Chief will lose his gold, and the upcoming pay-per-view might script the final chapter of this feud.

Following that, WWE should allow a frustrated Kevin Owens to turn heel. While he is good as a babyface, Owens is simply brilliant as a heel. He knows how to get under the skin of others, and works extremely well whenever he plays the bad guy. In fact, he is so good as a heel that fans always end up rooting for him in any storyline.
We have seen Owens struggle against Reigns because the latter often gets help from Jey Uso while KO doesn’t have anyone in his corner. Once this storyline ends, he should turn heel and reunite with Sami Zayn. The latter needs this more than anything and aligning with Owens will open doors to new opportunities for both the Superstars in WWE.
Together, they can compete in the tag team division and even go after the titles. Both Owens and Zayn have never won the tag team titles in WWE. Hence, this renewed partnership could lead them to a historic moment. Moreover, they share incredible chemistry that will guarantee entertaining segments on WWE SmackDown every week.
