#4 Sonya Deville (should be drafted to WWE RAW)

Sonya Deville's feud with Mandy Rose kicked off on the road to WrestleMania, when the SmackDown Mystery Hacker revealed that Deville had plotted to keep Mandy and Otis away from each other. The former best friends had been feuding ever since. At SummerSlam 2020, Deville lost a "Loser Leaves WWE" match to Mandy, and Deville hasn't been seen since.

Deville teased a major change following her loss to Mandy, and she is bound to return somewhere down the line. She could be a surprise draft and be moved to WWE RAW, where a newly-repackaged Deville could kick off her quest to exact revenge on Rose. This will also open up a string of new feuds for Deville, against the likes of Nia Jax, Asuka, and Shayna Baszler.

#3 Keith Lee (shouldn't be drafted)

Keith Lee is one of the fastest rising WWE Superstars in recent memory, and was recently moved to WWE RAW from NXT. Lee immediately impressed the WWE Universe by scoring a major win over Randy Orton at WWE Payback.

Lee went on to face Drew McIntyre on the latest edition of RAW, but the match was marred by interference from Retribution. Lee is slowly getting comfortable on RAW after spending the entirety of his WWE career in NXT. His character should be allowed breathe for a while on RAW, as two back-to-back brand moves won't do much good to him.
