Jimmy Uso, one half of The Usos tag team, suffered an injury earlier this year which will keep him out of action for anywhere between six and nine months. He reportedly suffered that injury at WrestleMania 36, where he faced John Morrison and Kofi Kingston in a triple threat match for the SmackDown Tag Team titles.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, that match was where he suffered the knee injury that will keep him out for the remainder of 2020.

The Usos have been on and off WWE television over the last year or so. The duo was put on the shelf for a while after Jimmy Uso was arrested for driving under influence last year. They returned to WWE at the start of the year and feuded with The Revival, and then the faction of Dolph Ziggler, King Corbin, and Robert Roode when The Usos teamed up with their cousin, Roman Reigns.

It remains to be seen what will happen to Jey Uso during Jimmy's absence from WWE television.
