#2 Goldberg

What does Goldberg have left to prove?
While seeing him back in a WWE ring did pop a rating for Friday Night SmackDown and opened the door to sort of dream match at WrestleMania 36, there is really little for him to come back for. Sure, the company could offer him the same deal again down the line, but what would really be the point?

Think about it -- Goldberg is already a two-time Universal Champion, has had two high profile WrestleMania matches in three years and both of which were for the title. Goldberg's name is already etched into pro wrestling folklore and with his history of less than stellar matches, he might just want to go out on a high note.
In the end, getting beaten by Braun Strowman might just be the best note he could go out on. Furthermore, not only does it allow for Strowman's win to mean more by retiring Goldberg, it also finally gives the WCW legend an honorable way to go out passing the torch to The Monster Among Men.
