Whenever fans think about this particular stipulation, The Undertaker is probably the first name that comes to mind and rightly so as this was designed keeping him in mind precisely. The first Casket match took place way back in Survivor Series 1992 in which Undertaker defeated Kamala. Since then, Undertaker's legacy has been unmatched in this. He has competed in this matches the most and has a record of 11-3.

His Deadman's gimmick complements the Casket matches really well. If he is not competing in one of these matches, it automatically becomes less exciting. After his retirement, casket matches will lose its meaning as he is the one that made this matches what it is today.
