Ronda Rousey sent shock waves through the entire universe when she joined WWE as the entire arena exploded with cheers when she made her entrance during the Royal Rumble PPV this year.
However, people started to talk about her being a rookie in pro wrestling and that she has a long way to go in order to compete in a WWE ring.
No one imagined that she would have the most entertaining match at Wrestlemania. Rousey teamed up with Kurt against Triple H and Steph and had a fantastic match. She received praise from people all around the world.
Rousey then had her first singles PPV match against Nia Jax for the Raw women's champion which she lost as Bliss cashed in her MITB briefcase to win the title.
However, Rousey would defeat Bliss at Summerslam in just four minutes to win her first championship in WWE.
Rousey was scheduled to face Becky in a champion vs champion match at Survivor Series but due to Becky's untimely injury, she had to face Charlotte Flair without any prior preparation but despite that she and Charlotte ended up having the match of the night.
Ronda Rousey dominated the women's division and had many good matches and will be looking to end the year on a high note by retaining her title against Nia Jax at TLC.
