Luke Harper wants to leave WWE

Luke Harper injured his wrist and missed many months of in-ring action. WWE doctors cleared him around February, but the company didn’t use him until WrestleMania. Reportedly, Vince was furious about Harper’s performance in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and he decided not to book him on television.

The former Intercontinental Champion didn’t like that decision and asked for his release, which he publicly announced as well. WWE didn’t like this gesture, and they decided to increase Harper’s contract length until next year as they had frozen it due to Harper’s injury.

Despite still being under contract, Harper is not getting television time which indicates that Vince doesn’t want to book him in any way. If things didn’t change that Harper will likely stick to his decision and leave WWE when the time comes.
