Daniel Bryan's historic moment was cut short due to injury

The Daniel Bryan Vs Authority storyline was one of the best underdog storylines WWE has ever produced. Becoming one of the most over babyfaces in 2013, Daniel Bryan got a WWE title opportunity against John Cena at SummerSlam 2013.

With Triple H as the referee, Bryan won in convincing fashion but was later stabbed in the back by Triple H who pedigreed him and allowed Randy Orton to cash in his Money in The Bank contract and win the championship.

Both Orton and Triple H turned heel and formed the Authority including Kane which never let Bryan win the championship.

But he started the Yes! movement which led him getting a match against Triple H at WrestleMania 30 which he won to get into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between Batista and Randy Orton.

He won the match fulfilling his dream and sent fans home happy with the historic moment.

But unfortunately, the moment was cut short by an injury that cost him his Championship and out of action for eight months.

He later won the Intercontinental Championship(talked about it earlier) but never got a match for the WWE Championship and was forced to retire again.

Later, he was cleared to wrestle before WrestleMania 34 and till now hasn't got the opportunity for the championship he never lost(WWE World Heavyweight Championship is now WWE Championship).

Let us see if he gets the opportunity to reclaim his title again.
