No matter the number of praises we shower on this man and his profess in the ring, we can never reach the level of respect that this man actually deserves for his work in the past two years. AJ Styles has done it all in the past two years - been a heel, been a face, been a tweener - and he has succeeded big time while playing all the three roles.

Initially portrayed as a hardworking working-class babyface in his early run, Styles got over with the fans thanks to his unbelievable in-ring work. However, it wasn't until he turned heel in June 2016 that he started his transcend to the top of the WWE ladder. His mic work and his promos, complemented by his 'Phenomenal' in-ring work, during his feud with John Cena and Dean Ambrose led to his WWE Title victory and turned him into the biggest heel in the entire WWE.

Styles was so good as a heel that instead of cheering for Fan Favourites like Cena, Ambrose and Shane McMahon, fans cheered for Styles even during this period. The situation became so tough for WWE to handle that it led to a face turn for him following 'Mania 33.

Between then and present day, Styles has been a constant presence in the Title picture, be it US Title or WWE Title, and became the biggest superstar in the promotion. Styles has been the WWE Champion now for almost 8 months, and, the manner in which he is getting the reaction from the fans, WWE won't ever take the risk of turning him heel in the near future.
