#3 Braun Strowman
Braun Strowman is in a weird place in 2019. He's still a featured, main event star, but for some reason or the other, WWE has been very reluctant to pull the trigger on him and make him Universal Champion.
This explains why Strowman didn't win at Crown Jewel against Brock Lesnar, even though he really should have won. There's no doubt that 2019 will see Strowman continue to be protected and featured as a main event babyface on RAW, but it could also be his real breakout year - the year where he becomes a World Champion.
For all we know, Strowman could even end up making the jump to SmackDown Live. If that does happen, then there's little doubt that he'll become WWE Champion sooner than later.
At this point, that does seem like the best move, and Vince McMahon may consider giving Strowman an even bigger push on the blue brand.
