#2 Charlotte Flair

Surprisingly, 2018 only saw Charlotte Flair as Women's Champion for short spurts of time. She won the title at WrestleMania 34 but lost it just two days after ending Asuka's undefeated streak.
She won the title again at SummerSlam but would lose it to Becky Lynch at the very next PPV. Charlotte may be polarising in certain ways for the WWE Universe, but whether you like her or not, WWE will continue to push her as the top female star of the company.
Simply put, Charlotte is the golden girl and the higher-ups' chosen one. She's most likely going to find her way into the main event of WrestleMania 35 as well. Whether she wins or not is yet to be seen, but if she does continue on the blue brand, there's no doubt that she's going to be the leading female star once again. It's simply inevitable.
