All said and done, whether you're a fan of Ronda Rousey or not, the RAW Women's Champion is money. She was a box office star in the UFC and she's a big deal in WWE as well. Moreover, the company has invested a lot of money in her, knowing that her run on the top is all but temporary.

It's no secret that Rousey wants to start a family, and there's going to be a period of time, sooner than later, when her run comes to an end. Even when she does return afterwards, it'll mostly be on a part-time basis, and WWE will not want her to go to another company.

From their perspective, Ronda Rousey is now a WWE star and should be that way for the rest of her life. Of course, her UFC fame will always be what shot her to stardom, but WWE will push Rousey above and beyond as long as she's there.
