The A-Lister suffered an injury during his WrestleMania 27 match but still continued.

Throughout his career, The Miz has been regarded as one of the safest workers in WWE.

A huge compliment, though the A-Lister's safe, steady style did draw the ire of some people, such as Daniel Bryan during their infamous confrontation on Talking Smack in 2016.

Five years earlier though, The Miz proved just how tough he was, when he met John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania 27.

Taking on the Leader of the Cenation, Miz knew the match would be tough, but things got taken to a new level late in the bout.

Getting speared through the barricade by Cena, Miz's head bounced off the concrete, knocking the A-Lister out.

Despite this, the then-WWE Champion continued the match and was able to pick up the biggest win of his career, with help from The Rock.
