Drew McIntyre was dubbed the 'Chosen One' by Vince McMahon upon debut 10 years ago and promised he'd be a future World Champion, but unfortunately, things just didn't pan out the way that anyone expected.

He always had the potential, but his WWE career was dead in the water when he joined Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal as 3MB, but a stint away from the WWE back in Europe turned him into a true main event talent.

His first run back on the main roster since that failed 'Chosen One' experiment has been up and down, but Drew has shown that he deserves his spot right now, and a win over Roman Reigns at WrestleMania could solidify that spot.

Assuming that Seth Rollins comes away from WrestleMania as the Universal Champion, Drew will likely be first in line to challenge, and while he won't win it immediately, he will be on the top of the mountain before 2019 comes to a close.
