Despite having a physical advantage over the majority of his opponents inside the squared circle, Big Show has only won four matches at the show of shows while losing 10 of his bouts. Vince McMahon has used him as a special attraction at the pay-per-view, where he has taken part in several memorable segments and matches.

Big Show featured in the main event of WrestleMania 2000 where he, along with Mick Foley and The Rock, challenged Triple H in a fatal-four-way WWE Championship match. Unfortunately, he could not win that match, and the next year, he suffered defeat in a triple threat match for the Hardcore Championship.

The World’s Largest Athlete teamed up with A-Train to try and break The Undertaker’s streak, however, The Deadman overpowered both giants in a handicap match. John Cena also taeb him in a United States Championship battle while Akebono handed him a defeat in a Sumo contest.

His first victory came in a Tag Team Championship match, where he teamed up with Kane to defend the titles against Chris Masters and Carlito. Big Show's first singles win came against Cody Rhodes in an Intercontinental Championship bout at WrestleMania XXVIII. His last WrestleMania appearances then came in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal matches.
