He defended the title against Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns at Payback 2020. Reigns stood tall in the event by pinning Braun Strowman.

While it was believed that this was done for a greater match between The Tribal Chief and The Fiend, the two never crossed paths again. Moreover, Wyatt was released from WWE after his feud with Randy Orton came to an end.
#1. Big E is yet to receive a rematch for his championship
Big E started 2022 as the WWE Champion. He defended his title in a fatal five-way match against Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Bobby Lashley, and Brock Lesnar at Day 1.
The Beast Incarnate won the match, and Big E hasn't yet been given a rematch for the title. Lesnar subsequently lost the WWE title to Bobby Lashley at Royal Rumble 2022 due to interference by Roman Reigns.
Only time will tell if Big E will ever get his rematch, especially when he's not entering The Elimination Chamber, where Lashley will defend his title against Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins, Austin Theory, Riddle, and AJ Styles. The premium live event will take place on February 19, 2022, at the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
