4: The Truth Commission (Survivor Series 1997)
Oh man, the gang wars. That was what Survivor Series 1997 was all about and regrettably so. Dressed like men doing a bad G.I. Joe cosplay, the Truth Commission were the worst of the “Gangs”. Named Jackyl, Interrogator, Sniper and Recon, they actually managed to win their match on the PPV against Disciples Of Apocalypse, an equally bad team/faction who probably deserved a place of their own on this list.
The Truth Commission’s run ended soon after even though Recon (Bull Buchanan) and Jackyl (Don Callis) found mild success later.
