#5 Mark Andrews becomes the Cruiserweight Champion
Mark Andrews debuted in 2006 and has wrestled for multiple promotions around the world. The Welsh wrestler most notably wrestled for Chikara and Progress Wrestling.
During his tenure at Progress Wrestling from 2012 to 2018, Mark Andrews became the first ever Progress Tag Team Champion alongside Eddie Dennis. Furthermore, his time on the independent circuit led to his entry into the first ever WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament.
Since participating in the UK Championship Tournament, Mark Andrews has sparsely participated. Reviewing his success at the United Kingdom Championship Tournament, it is evident that he has talent. #4 Shinsuke Nakamura wins the WWE Championship

Asuka has wrestled throughout Japan, winning multiple championships but eventually signed with WWE in 2015.
