5 WWE wrestlers whose WrestleMania moment is long overdue

The moment everything changed for The Beast.
At this moment, everything changed for The Beast Incarnate.

Every WWE superstar dreams of having a victory at the biggest event of the year, WrestleMania. Superstars turn into legends after achieving success at the "show of shows". Some of these moments serve as the backbone for wrestlers who wish to make a name for themselves.

On one hand, we have a legend like The Undertaker who has a record of 23-2, while we also have those who have been in the company for years but are still void of that one big moment that helps definer their career. The WWE Universe would love to see some of those epic moments at WrestleMania 34.

Here are five wrestlers who need to make the most of this year's WrestleMania.

#5 The Miz

The A-Lister needs his moment.
The A-Lister needs his moment.

The Miz is arguably the most underrated performer in WWE now and for several years beforehand. No one comes close to this guy on the mic; he can draw real heat unlike many other heels, which is a rarity these days. From his days in Tough Enough, to becoming the heel that he is today, he gradually earned everyone's respect as the time passed.

The Miz has a WrestleMania record of 3-3. While this may not sound that bad, a solid in-ring worker and a consistent performer like him needs a WrestleMania moment which would finally get him completely over with the fans. He is having the run of his life as the current Intercontinental Champion, but it doesn't appear that he would leave WrestleMania 34 as one. A victory over the likes of Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, and Elias will make him the hottest property in WWE.

#4 Dolph Ziggler

Been in WWE for 13 years now
Been in WWE for 13 years now but is yet to have that one defining WrestleMania moment.

Dolph Ziggler has been one of the most consistent superstars in WWE for over 13 years. A passionate athlete, Ziggler has always given his everything week after week to be on top of the mountain. He should have been pushed to the main event years ago, but his pushes have always been cut short. The loyalty he showed towards the company has always been neglected.

His WrestleMania record stands at 1-6. The fact that he's never had a singles WrestleMania match speaks volumes about how undervalued this guy is. A singles match for the United States Championship against Bobby Roode is what's best for him. After all, he never actually lost the belt.

#3 Rusev

When is the real
When is the real "Rusev Day"?

Rusev was one the most hated wrestlers when he made his debut on the main roster in 2014. He had an undefeated streak of 146 days, which was eventually broken by John Cena at WrestleMania 31. Since then, he has failed to create a lasting impact on the fans. He was a part of The League of Nations which defeated The New Day at WrestleMania 32; however, the moment was short-lived as the team was then squashed by returning WWE legends.

His current "Rusev Day" gimmick is being loved by the fans and WWE should not wait to bank upon this opportunity. His supposed face turn has finally got him over with the fans. Winning the United States Championship or the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at the grandest stage of them all will stamp his authority of being a top guy in the company.

#2 Bray Wyatt

The Eater of Worlds
The Eater of Worlds, Bray Wyatt.

Bray Wyatt is another underrated wrestler whose in-ring work is highly underappreciated. He is one of the best mic workers in WWE today. His spooky character and unique personality have made him one of the best heels of the current times. He won his first WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber last year, much to the delight of the WWE Universe.

His reign was short-lived as he lost the title to Randy Orton only a month later at WrestleMania 33. This was his third straight loss at WrestleMania, after losing to John Cena and The Undertaker previously.

Wyatt desperately needs a WrestleMania moment because a talented performer like him deserves it. His ongoing feud against 'Woken' Matt Hardy will probably culminate at WrestleMania 34, and a victory for him will be a huge boost for his career, being a great future prospect for the WWE.

#1 Kofi Kingston

A 10-year veteran
A 10-year WWE veteran who deserves his WrestleMania moment.

Kofi Kingston is one of the best high-flyers in WWE today. He is decent on the microphone, and his in-ring work is highly appreciated. He is a member of the New Day, which is one of the greatest stables of all times. Known for his innovative ideas to escape Royal Rumble match eliminations, Kingston has gradually become an overwhelming fan favorite.

What is left for him to achieve is a WrestleMania moment. His record at WrestleMania is 1-5, which does not suit a wrestler of this caliber.

Maybe winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal would be the perfect place for Kingston to cement his legacy in WWE and have a moment in front of thousands of people.
