#3 Bayley could make a return from injury at the Elimination Chamber
Bayley is another superstar whose return at the Elimination Chamber could surprise the fans.
The Role Model has been on the sidelines since July 2021. Just days before a SmackDown Women's Championship match against Bianca Belair at Money In The Bank, Bayley suffered a torn ACL during a training session at the WWE Performance Center.

Bayley never got the Women's Championship match she was supposed to get before suffering the injury. She has the right to demand an opportunity for another title match.
She could do so by getting herself added to the Women's Elimination Chamber match to go head-to-head with Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Doudrop, and Nikki A.S.H.
Bayley was the first woman to defend a title in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as she defeated Naomi to retain the SmackDown Women's Championship in that historic match at WWE Super ShowDown 2020.
#2 Sasha Banks would be looking for a title opportunity at WrestleMania
Sasha Banks would be one of the most unexpected superstars to show up and compete for a RAW Women's Championship match at the Elimination Chamber.
Even though The Boss is from SmackDown, WWE's recent booking proves that top stars from both RAW and SmackDown can show on either brand to get a big opportunity.
At Crown Jewel 2021, it was clear how over Banks is with the crowd in Saudi Arabia, so WWE may want to use her there to please the crowd. Besides, leaving a top star like Banks off the match-card for such a big show wouldn't be too wise.
Sasha Banks and RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch had a magnificent feud back in 2019. Banks' direction heading into WrestleMania is unclear, so her winning the women's Elimination Chamber match to reignite her feud with Big Time Becks could be something WWE may be planning.
Surely, they can build a very interesting feud for the title using their history, which goes back as far as their time in NXT together.
