#4 He can bring some prestige to the belt

The Universal Title has not had the best of starts in the WWE. Since Finn Balor was forced to relinquish the belt, it has been held by Kevin Owens in an okay but ultimately forgettable run, then by Goldberg for a month, and now by Brock Lesnar.

Rollins has made the Intercontinental Title feel more important than it ever was, and the WWE would be wise to have him work that same magic with the Universal title belt. Unlike Lesnar, Rollins would be able to defend the belt regularly and in doing so, he would make the belt feel as important as it should have done for the last two years.
