What Will Happen When The Game Takes Charge Of WWE?

It has been known for many years now that World Wrestling Entertainment will one day fall into the hands of Vince McMahon's idiotic daughter and his dufus son in law and the rest of his stupid family. No, wait that was something else. One day WWE will fall into the hands of Paul Levesque (Triple H) and many fans are excited at the prospect of a new, more NXT like product.

While Hunter has had a great showing for himself booking wise in NXT, taking over a billion dollar company won't be easy and will see him face many challenges. But there are some things that Vince McMahon can almost never do right that all of us NXT fans think Hunter could do better than Vince when given the chance. These are 6 things that will surely happen when Triple H takes over WWE one day.

#6 Wins And Losses Will Matter

Wins And Losses Should Be Important
Wins And Losses Should Be Important

In 2019 WWE, wins and losses don't matter at all. Some wins are still a big deal like someone beating John Cena or Brock Lesnar but no one on the full-time roster can beat someone else on the full-time roster and have the fans care about it that much. I'll use NJPW as my example because I'm such a big fan of their stories.

When Okada lost the IWGP Heavyweight Title he spiraled out of control and went a bit crazy because of one loss. He lost his cockiness because of one loss. Whereas in WWE John Cena would often smile and not really care the night about losing a big match. Someone smiling and not really caring about losing shouldn't happen if WWE wants to appear more like a sporting event and less like an unfunny, comedy show. With HHH in charge wins and losses would no doubt matter more than ever before in the WWE.

#5 Big Guys Will Still Be Pushed

If you think that when Triple H takes over that the Roman Reigns' of the world will be pushed less, Sorry you are mistaken. HHH was always a big Roman fan even when Vince couldn't get him over as a babyface for all those years. While him taking over may mean more talented people being pushed, talented big guys such as Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre will of course still be pushed big in his WWE.

#4 More Indie Stars Will Sign With The Company

More Indie Signings

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that when the Young Bucks were negotiating with WWE late last year, they were talking directly with Triple H. The Young Bucks got on well with Hunter and had nothing but nice things to say about The King Of Kings. Something like this means it is not out of the question to think that when Vince is no longer around in the company, More indie stars will sign based on Triple H's more reliable booking and him being more likely to push people based on talent.

#3 Superstars Will Be Pushed Because Of Talent Not Size Or Looks

Talent More Important Than Size

While a talented superstar like Roman Reigns will still get a push in Hunter's WWE, the days of untalented superstars just getting opportunities because of their size or good looks will be over.

Someone like Baron Corbin who is clearly pushed because of talent, not ability in the ring or on the mic will not be pushed to the degree they are under Vince McMahon. Smaller more talented stars like Ricochet and Johnny Gargano would seemingly take center stage and seize their opportunity.

#2 Shawn Michaels As His Number 2

DX Reunion?
DX Reunion?

A fairly obvious one this is. Triple H is best friends with WWE Hall Of Famer Shawn Michaels and since Shawn has been working with Hunter in NXT for quite a while now it seems the logical next step is for Shawn to assist his best friend when the time comes for him to run the company.

#1 Long Term Storylines

Nowadays Vince McMahon changes his mind all of the time which means no long term booking can be done apart from picking two people to face each other at WrestleMania a year before it happens.

As seen in NXT with the Johnny Gargano vs Tommaso Ciampa storyline which has lasted over a year and a half and is still continuing and fans are still into it. Different Bookers do things in different ways. For example, Gedo, New Japan Pro Wrestling's booker lays everything he wants to do out well in advance so that every match makes sense.

This rarely happens in WWE today but Hunter taking over could lead to long term stories that actually make sense and pay off well as opposed to booking a week to week and not having a long term goal. But hey, let's just hope Triple H doesn't let us down because we have high expectations.
