A great return on RAW

RAW Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Omos returned for the first time since WrestleMania Saturday. In the opening match, the duo returned to defend the RAW Tag Team Titles against The New Day.

Before the match started, AJ Styles was bragging about becoming a Grand Slam Champion and the celebrations that ensued post-WrestleMania. While the duo may have gone to the Caribbean in storyline, a report from WON stated that the two were backstage. However, the creative team didn't have anything planned for them.

Either way, it was a great performance highlighting how AJ Styles is the weak link despite being the veteran. After Omos was tagged in, things went downhill for Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, with the latter taking the pinfall.

Omos is a threat, but he also seems to have babyface potential. He isn't a bad talker, but his facial expressions in the ring need a bit of refining.

For somebody who is only two matches in, it isn't a bad start. Things seem to be getting exciting in the RAW Tag Team division again.
