The Wise Man Paul Heyman has been under fire on SmackDown lately. While his alliance with Roman Reigns has been in question because of Brock Lesnar's return as well as his "free agent" status (which he credited Heyman for).

Paul Heyman's entire loyalty towards Roman Reigns has been put in question, and he was once again under scrutiny on SmackDown as the Universal Champion questioned his position and plans.

Heyman explained that if there were to be any sort of betrayal, why would Roman Reigns be notified about the possibility in advance? The Tribal Chief made him vow his loyalty once more and send a message to Brock Lesnar in front of the camera - something Heyman was happy to do.

It's been an interesting storyline, and it might cast aside the possibility of Paul Heyman turning on Brock Lesnar. At Crown Jewel, there will be a lot of tension about the possibility of Heyman turning on Roman Reigns.

We're not denying the possibility of it happening. We're just saying that if it was going to happen, WWE wouldn't be highlighting the possibility of it as much on SmackDown so openly - making it the main story of the feud.
