Monty Brown was a known athlete before he entered the wrestling circuit. He played in Super Bowl XXVIII for the Buffalo Bills. Brown joined New England to live closer to WWE’s headquarters in Connecticut. Once he retired from the NFL, he joined TNA where he fought for a few years. He joined WWE in 2006 as “The Alpha Male” Marcus Cor Von.

His stint in wrestling was uneventful, so he retired early to become a personal trainer. Brown started working in his hometown in Michigan where he trains budding bodybuilders and wrestlers. He follows the budding wrestlers quite closely on WWE.

The Patriot had the best All-American gimmick before Kurt Angle came into the scene. He wrestled Kevin Hart for the World Heavyweight Championship. He retired from professional wrestling due to his torn triceps. Post his retirement, The Patriot admitted he used steroids in his 10-year long career and even during his college football days.

He relocated to South Carolina and started working as a car salesman for a Nissan dealer. He has also launched an e-commerce website to sell customized memorabilia from The Patriot.
