#6. Hope isn't true: Vince McMahon isn't letting AJ Styles lose clean

AJ Styles is set to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 36 and in the meantime, is feuding with Aleister Black. While the Dutch superstar is poised to be a top star on RAW, Dave Meltzer explained on the Wrestling Observer Radio that because of how highly Vince McMahon values Styles, he's unlikely to let him lose clean, except to The Undertaker:

Vince isn't going to let Aleister Black, I don't think Vince will let Aleister Black beat AJ clean right now. If he was wrestling someone other than The Undertaker, maybe, you know what's funny? It seems like almost every babyface because it was the case with Ricochet, with Cedric, with Humberto, it's like they are put in a position, and AJ is the guy who is going to be the big win to set them up to be the star and every case AJ ends up not losing to them.

We hope this isn't true because AJ Styles can afford a loss to Aleister Black. It's more beneficial to Black to get a big win against a star of Styles' caliber. There's no need to "protect" him for when he inevitably loses to The Undertaker at WrestleMania 36 since he doesn't need to win against either Black or Undertaker.
