Brock Lesnar was special the moment he walked into WWE. Vince knew it very early on which meant he allowed The Beast do whatever he pleased. When Lesnar thought of pursuing a different career option in MMA, he went ahead without thinking about his boss. He attained success in MMA which allowed him to come back to WWE.
He enjoyed luxuries which were not given to the other WWE superstars. Lesnar was allowed to fight in UFC against Mark Hunt, and his contract prevented him from being examined under the WWE Wellness Policy. Vince knows The Beast is the biggest star in the sport so he did not try and control him.
#3 Shawn Michaels
Shawn Michaels is credited for reviving the fortunes of WWE. The Heartbreak Kid and The Mac Daddy were very close, and Michaels prided himself in creating one of the most powerful political caucus in wrestling history. The Kliq ran the show backstage while Michaels was the kingpin. HBK would insult anyone and ensured he never lost a match he did not want to lose.
The Montreal Screwjob showed his wild side, but ultimately he found peace in religion. Michaels was totally uncontrollable for almost a few years.
