Every match involving Daniel Bryan or Finn Balor is watchable--hence, how could a match between them possibly not be anticipated? Fans lost hope for this match when Bryan announced his retirement from pro-wrestling back in 2016.

Finn Balor was called up to the main roster after Bryan’s retirement, however, there was hardly any hope of seeing them share the same ring. Nevertheless, earlier this year, Bryan came out of retirement--therefore, a possible match against Finn Balor is now very much a realistic possibility.

Bryan and Balor are currently on different brands and the earliest they can collide is at Survivor Series representing their respective brands in the traditional 5-on-5 elimination tag team match.
