7 Dream matches with the current WWE roster

#2 Samoa Joe vs. Kevin Owens

For this match to be classified as a dream match, Owens needs to get his mean streak back. Owens was a monster back in NXT, but is being treated primarily as a comedic mid-card act on the main roster lately.

Back in NXT, when Owens was dismantling superstars such as Neville and Sami Zayn on a weekly basis, Samoa Joe arrived at the scene to become a roadblock in his path of destruction. Owens and Joe had a match too which ended in a draw as the officials weren’t able to control the match.

Their feud was cut short when Owens was called up to the main roster during the feud, and their feud was forgotten. If Owens can somehow return to his monstrous ways, a match to settle the feud with Joe would be one to remember.

Owens is rumored to win the Money in the Bank briefcase from Braun Strowman and cash in the contract at SummerSlam. Meanwhile there’s a chance that Joe could end up winning the WWE Championship by October.

If both of them somehow hold on to their titles till Survivor Series, we could possibly see them face off. Other than the above mentioned scenario, chances of seeing them face one another in the near future are quite slim as heel vs. heel feuds rarely happen on the main roster.
