#5 Tommaso Ciampa has had one of the most impressive physical transformations in WWE

Over the years, Tommaso Ciampa has had one of the best physical transformations in WWE. The NXT Superstar started off looking like an average wrestler, but now looks like one of the meanest men on the roster.

Ciampa is less than 6 feet tall, and WWE veteran Randy Orton even poked fun at his height during an interview. While The Blackheart can’t work on his height, he has put in a lot of work on his body to bring out the best version of himself.

Ciampa recently posted a few photos of his physical transformation over the last 13 weeks. The former NXT Champion thanked his wife for allowing him to commit to this transformation and having his back throughout:

“13 week transformation. No cheat meals. Prepped, weighed, and cooked six meals a day, every day. Roughly eleven cardio sessions per week. Five weight training sessions. HUGE thanks to my wife for allowing me to commit to this and fully supporting my journey. I know I’m insane, but she gets me.”

The results are unbelievable, and several WWE Superstars reacted to his new look.

Raquel Gonzalez and Ivar, along with former WWE Superstars EC3 and Cezar Bononi, were among those who commented on Ciampa’s physical transformation.

The Blackheart has been a cornerstone of WWE’s NXT brand for years now. He has had a lot of success, and it looks like won't be moving to another brand anytime soon.
