I hate to keep harping on NXT accomplishments, but when the evidence is this blatant, you have no choice.

Bo Dallas is and will always be one of NXT's best heels and greatest storytellers. Back in late-2012, Bo Dallas defeated then NXT Champion Big E Langston to become the new champ. For the next 280 days, Dallas would pull off one of the greatest NXT title reigns in the Yellow Brands short history. Bo was not only methodical in the ring, but he was also highly entertaining on the mic.

Following his title run, it wasn't very long before the main roster came calling. When Bo made his RAW debut, fans were introduced to a series of pseudo-inspirational vignettes which depicted Dallas as some sort of motivational superstar.

Bo never really got a fair shot on the main roster, at least not as far as any sort of title contention is concerned. Dallas has remained on the bottom level of the lower card since being promoted to the main roster. I honestly believe that he could do much more if given appropriate booking opportunity.
