Also entering 2021 as a Tag Team Champion on WWE RAW was Cedric Alexander, who looked to have had a stellar year as part of The Hurt Business. However, the year has gotten progressively worse for the former RAW Tag Team Champion.

Even before being kicked out of The Hurt Business, Alexander was in a holding pattern alongside Shelton Benjamin. The two were in an overly long feud with Lucha House Party, while WWE distanced them from Bobby Lashley and MVP.

Once they lost the Tag Team Titles to The New Day, Alexander and Benjamin were doomed. More on that below.

Shelton Benjamin has an identical record to Cedric Alexander this year, with the only difference being the rubber bout in their three-match series. Alexander squashed Benjamin in less than 30 seconds to deal the former Intercontinental Champion the defeat that separates them on this list.

The two split after a myriad of tag team losses in the post-WrestleMania season. This was a stark reversal in fortunes to a few months beforehand. Despite the repetitive booking, Benjamin and Alexander were part of the hottest faction in WWE, with titles around their waists.
