Mickie James made her WWE debut as the biggest fan of Trish Stratus in 2005. Afterwards, she had a historic rivalry with Trish Stratus. However, James attained a new record recently when she surpassed Trish Stratus and competed in her 164th match. Presently, she holds the record of fighting in the most number of matches by a female superstar.

Charlotte Flair is one of the best female superstars in the WWE, and she had a remarkable year. She has won many PPV matches since joining the main roster in 2015. She won her first 16 matches on pay-per-view but she attained a new PPV record this year.

She won her 24th PPV match at Summerslam, which broke Trish Stratus's record of having most PPV wins by any female superstar. Her next PPV win came at WWE Super Show-Down in Australia.
