Upon his debut for All Elite Wrestling, Joey Janela started off as a babyface and for his first singles match in the promotion, The Bad Boy faced and lost to Jon Moxley in a brutal unsanctioned match at Fyter Fest.

Prior to him signing with AEW, Janela was mostly a heel on the Independent Circuit (He's the Bad Boy after all) and with a loss to Moxley, there's a certainly a big hit on his momentum. With Janela scheduled to face two of AEW's hottest prospects in Darby Allin and Jimmy Havoc, The Bad Boy might not be the favorite to end up as the winner of the Triple Threat Match.
Look who just shut down all of Tony Khan's critics! More HERE.
Nevertheless, having Joey Janela turn heel would certainly give a lot of meaning to AEW's current mid-card scene and in all fairness, Janela is better suited as a heel. So a change in character for The Bad Boy at All Out would definitely be appreciated even by the fans.
