A few months ago, The Inner Circle shocked the wrestling world by introducing the independent sensation Jeff Cobb into the world of AEW as their gun for hire. It opened up the concept that Chris Jericho could introduce anyone and everyone into the group, even just for a single night.

As a result, could we see a new member of the group make an appearance on Saturday night during AEW Double or Nothing? Or perhaps could we just see someone doing a similar job to Jeff Cobb and coming in as a mercenary, solely to get paid and help The Inner Circle win just this once.

One-off appearance at AEW Double or Nothing?

I don't have any actual predictions for who that individual could be. Of course Jeff Cobb could return but I doubt that and there is literally the entire wrestling world, with the exception of WWE, to choose from. On top of that, with the plethora of WWE releases we've seen recently- could we see someone from that group just ship to AEW and pop up? Who knows.

But the main talking point going into this match is centered around one man. A man who is currently not in the most stable of mental healths, a man who is sure to be bringing some alcohol with him and a man who will have the defining role on how this match finishes...
