#2 Where is Pentagon Jr?

Trent made his way to the ring to face Rey Fenix with Chuck Taylor and Orange Cassidy by his side, but when Fenix made his way to the ring, he was on his own.

Justin Roberts seemed to believe that Pentagon Jr would be by his side for the match to even out the numbers, but he was nowhere to be seen even though he was announced as being there.

Fenix went on to win his match when he pinned Trent, but he then attacked the Lucha Bro after the bell and Rey had to fight his way out as Chuck Taylor held his friend back.

Pentagon Jr did surface later in the show since he went one-on-one with Christopher Daniels since the two men have had a number of issues over the past few weeks, and Jr was able to capitalize on this and pick up the victory by nefarious means.

It's unknown why Pentagon was announced if he wasn't going to be by his partner's side, but the commentary team tried to cover for the mistake by stating that Pentagon was focusing on his match with Daniels later in the night.

What makes Sting special? His first AEW opponent opens up RIGHT HERE.
