Cody addresses MJF ahead of their match at AEW Revolution

Cody was out next to address MJF and his heavy, Wardlow. He also addressed the stipulations set by MJF ahead of their match at AEW Revolution. Cody addressed the first stipulation, saying that even if MJF whipped him and broke his skin it wouldn't matter. Cody then went on to talk about the third stipulation, saying that he accepted the match inside the steel cage against Wardlow. Cody added that there were a lot of people who said that MJF was a proper old school heel saying MJF followed the policy of 'less is more'. Cody said that this was because MJF was incapable of more.

Cody ended up accepting all the stipulations set by MJF and finished off by saying that after AEW Revolution, it would be MJF who would be leaving with scars.

Brandi Rhodes and Mel vs Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida

This match was pretty uneventful for the most part. Kris Statlander impressed during the match, taking the offensive to the Nightmare Collective. Statlander almost picked up the win for her team after a dull start to the match, planting Brandi Rhodes in the middle of the ring. Mel broke up the count but Statlander hit her with a packaged piledriver to pin her. An impressive outing from Statlander.
