It's clear that Kenny Omega is one of AEW's biggest stars, but CIMA is slowly rising the ranks, and a great performance here from the Japanese veteran will be huge for him going forward.
Given Kenny's current motivation to build for his bout against Jon Moxley, it's highly unlikely that CIMA will have a serious shot, but after beating Daniels at Fyter Fest, anything is possible here.
Given CIMA's connections to OWE, it's likely that some of them will come alongside him, and that could give him an edge, but there's few better in the world than The Cleaner, and he'll prove that again on this night. AEW is trying to not be predictable, but given the performers in this match, it's just hard, as Kenny will walk away from this one a winner.
