Brock Lesnar targeted then WWE Champion Kofi Kingston on the SmackDown brand after losing his feud with Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2019. He squashed Kingston in a matter of seconds on the FOX premiere of the Blue brand and became the WWE Champion.
Lesnar entered the 2020 Royal Rumble match as the first entrant and dominated the match as no one had ever done before. He threw out 13 men before being eliminated by Drew McIntyre.
Brock Lesnar was on a quest to win the annual free-for-all, but McIntyre had other plans in mind. He went on to win the whole thing and later challenged Lesnar to a WWE title match at WrestleMania 36. At The Show of Shows, The Beast Incarnate and McIntyre faced off in a battle of the titans.
The match didn't even last five minutes and Drew McIntyre won the WWE title by defeating Brock Lesnar. Months later, Lesnar's contract with the company expired, but fans were hopeful to see him in a WWE ring again.
Lesnar finally returned at The Biggest Party of the Summer this year and the WWE Universe is going to witness a huge showdown between him and Roman Reigns, somewhere down the line.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
