Braun Strowman's 7 most destructive moments

Braun Strowman loves to cause chaos
Braun Strowman loves to cause chaos

I think it's fair to say Braun Strowman has a bit of a temper.

In fact, that may be the understatement of the millennium. This week's RAW saw a familiar side to The Monster Among Men emerge when the decision to pull him from his Universal Championship Match against Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble was taken - and it sent Strowman into a fit of Hulk-like anger.

The problem with angering Strowman is... Well, he's HUGE, and his strength knows no bounds. This week's victim was the limousine of Mr McMahon - and the black stretch felt the wrath of the former World's Strongest Man competitor.

But this scene was nothing unusual. In fact, we've become accustomed to seeing Strowman cause chaos. It was even the saving grace of RAW for a long time and probably one of the major reasons for The Monster Among Men's popularity as a breakout star.

From Wyatt Family henchman to Greatest Royal Rumble Winner, Strowman has pushed on and gone from wrecking one, two, three enhancement talents at a time, to destroying the roster and, well, inanimate objects.

While he may not be competing at the Royal Rumble for the biggest prize of all anymore, Strowman definitely made sure he didn't take the news lightly as he completely destroyed his boss' trademark mode of transport in what truly was an explosive episode of Monday Night RAW.

After Mr McMahon's prized possession took the fall this week, we're counting down the five other times Strowman has caused complete and utter mayhem inside a WWE arena.

#7 Bringing the house down

Kane and Brock Lesnar felt the wrath
Kane and Brock Lesnar felt the wrath

Ahead of Braun Strowman's Royal Rumble Match with Brock Lesnar and Kane for the WWE Universal Championship, the Monster Among Men shocked the world when a brawl between these three giants would spill backstage and, well, Braun would show off his skills when it comes to handling a grappling hook.

Strowman literally tore the house down when he slung the hook onto the scaffold structure behind the stage and used brute force to bury Kane and Lesnar under it.

The match would eventually see Brock Lesnar retain the title by pinning Kane to conclude what was a truly classic encounter - and there's no doubt this segment was one of the most memorable of the year and helped build what could have easily been a bit of a damp squib into an incredible Triple Threat Match.

#6 Toilet trouble

Portable toilets aren't meant to be THAT portable
Portable toilets aren't meant to be THAT portable

This is actually a two for one - as the week previous, Braun Strowman had toppled Kevin Owens' car in the parking lot during RAW, leaving the Prize Fighter beside himself. Then-GM Kurt Angle made the match for the following week for Kevin Owens "to get his revenge" on The Monster Among Men when he would square off against Braun Strowman in the main event of RAW.

Things didn't quite work out that way, though, as Owens decided to run and hide, eventually seeking refuge in a portable toilet. Needless to say, that wasn't KO's smartest idea and was always going to end badly for the former Universal Champion - and it did. Very badly.

The one good thing, I guess, is that Kevin Owens didn't need to face Braun Strowman, neither in the main event or literally face him, as he was trapped inside the loo for the entire journey from outside the arena, onto the stage and, well, off of it.

#5 A concert to behold

Elias may not have been able to remember his own name after this
Elias may not have been able to remember his own name after this

This moment was incredibly memorable and historic - as it resulted in the first ever Symphony of Destruction Match. Elias' concerts are not unusual, but Strowman's debut gig was one that wouldn't leave the Drifter calling for an encore.

Strowman showcased his sultry sounds with a vocal performance for the ages while strumming on a double bass, mocking Elias. The final line of the song was that Elias would "get these hands" - and boy, he probably wishes that's all he got for his troubles.

Elias would end up on the wrong side of a double bass, a nod to his own famous guitar smash that conjures images of the WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett.

Sadly, it didn't end there for Elias as the Symphony of Destruction match made all the right noises with the WWE Universe, but is one that Elias will definitely hope was more of a "one night only" type of deal.

#4 An explosive encounter

Good thing this was the main event
Good thing this was the main event

Braun Strowman and The Big Show have clashed on several occasions, with the latter even going through a cage to write him off of television on the most recent occasion - but who could forget the ring exploding?

It's always one of the most impressive things to see in wrestling after Brock Lesnar and Big Show shocked the world over a decade ago when it happened - and this nod to that memorable moment had no less of a reaction.

A HUGE superplex saw the ring collapse and several nods to a "reinforced" ring whenever the pair would share it following this.

One bonus that should also be noted at this time was another ring buster - when Kanewent THROUGH the ring thanks to the Monster Among Men. Sadly it didn't make the list, but it has to go down as an honourable mention - and this seems like an apt time to mention it!

#3 Technical problems

Surely not!
Surely not!

Surely one of Braun Strowman's most incredible feats - tipping over the production truck! The then-fired Superstar was mid-rampage when he shocked General Manager Kurt Angle by trying to take the show off air.

This came only one week after the infamous grappling hook incident that was listed at the start of this countdown, whereby Braun pulled down scaffolding onto Kane and Brock Lesnar - which was the reason The Monster Among Men lost his job. Strowman would be reinstated later on in the show, but not before laying out Michael Cole and causing even more mayhem!

The Monster Among Men's reward was to get his job back AND end up back in the Triple Threat Match against Brock Lesnar and Kane for the WWE Universal Championship. Our reward was the look on Kurt Angle's face as Braun tipped over the truck in the parking lot.

#2 Goodbye, stage

The KO Show's ratings went on a slide after this
The KO Show's ratings went on a slide after this

And now for a show he did stop. The Kevin Owens Show.

When Jinder Mahal and Sunil Singh appeared as guests on The Kevin Owens Show, no-one could have predicted what would come next.

Owens invited Mahal onto his show with ulterior motives - tricking the former WWE Champion into clashing with Strowman as he invited the monster to the ring. But then the very ground underneath them would start to come to life...

Was it an earthquake? No, just one angry giant determined to make Jinder Mahal and Kevin Owens' life a living hell. A segment of the stage was the innocent bystander on this occasion when Strowman again showed his superhuman strength and destructive attitude working together in perfect harmony.

A match would then be made between Jinder Mahal and Braun, which Jinder would win via disqualification.

#1"I'm not finished with you!"

Braun Strowman is no stranger to mayhem
Braun Strowman is no stranger to mayhem

Was there really any other choice? Possibly the most memorable of all, and the segment that shocked the WWE Universe and propelled Braun Strowman from generic big guy to verified monster.

Where else could we end but where it all started. Roman Reigns. Braun Strowman made a beeline for The Big Dog and wanted nothing more than to destroy everything around him, including the former Universal Champion.

Strowman shocked the WWE Universe when he decimated The Big Dog so much that paramedics put Reigns on a stretcher, before stealing said stretcher and wheeling it off a platform, then leaving Roman alone for long enough that the paramedics would bundle him into an ambulance - and then this iconic scene happened...

Braun Strowman started off his path of destruction as he meant to go on - by tipping over an ambulance. This very segment may have set the monster on the warpath that he's on right now, and definitely endeared him to the WWE Universe.
