According to reports, CM Punk has not picked up any injuries despite taking a serious bump in Monday night Raw from the hands of Ryback.

There were rumors in the backstage that Punk picked up an ankle injury after he was pressed and slammed through the table by Ryback in Raw. Punk was holding his ankle when the show came back from a commercial but the incident eventually turned out to be a sell by the superstar.

Meanwhile, PWMania.com reported that Punk is dealing with a string of injuries including his elbow, ankle, and his knee which was seen taped on the show on Monday.
