#4 Finn Balor to win Intercontinental title?

Lio Rush and Bobby Lashley will face off against Finn Balor in a handicap match for the Intercontinental title at Elimination Chamber.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio is predicting that Balor could win the Intercontinental title for the first time at Elimination Chamber by pinning Lio Rush.

Meltzer states that WWE may be looking at a "cheap finish" to put the title on Balor at the show, which would be Balor's second ever title on the main roster following his Universal title.

Bobby Lashley won the Intercontinental title last month on RAW, after defeating Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in a triple threat match, winning his first title since returning to the WWE in 2018.
